JRS041 Ray Okpara

Ray Okpara from Nigeria based in Germany is our guest for this month`s Jeton Records Radioshow. The Mannheim artist was part of a group of producers that emerged from the city’s scene at the time, and his groove-led, deep house won him acclaim with releases on Oslo and Cecille. Fast forward to 2012, and he’s now a regular on Berlin imprint Mobilee, a period that’s culminated in his debut LP, Good Times, finding an end of year release. Now back in Berlin after spells there and back home, we caught up him let get a rhythm based Mix ! Second part features Ferhat Albayrak mix as usual. Enjoy !
